Why? Well whilst larger real estate companies have now strangely adopted an arm’s length approach to their clients, especially in property management, we have maintained our hands on approach that is a result of 30+ years in the industry.
You could say we are old school, and are proud of it! No virtual service here, no overseas call centers, no staff rollover and a hands on approach. We prefer to call rather than hide behind carefully worded emails or text correspondence.
At Syme & Co you will most likely get us on the phone with one call or get a return to your email within 30 min, we certainly don’t hide behind message banks and receptionists that are trained to say everyone is in a “meeting” or “unavailable”. You are not grilled as to why your calling either, why has that become a thing ?!
Experience has taught us its far better to deal with inquiries immediately rather than wait.
How have we been able to achieve this?
Well unlike most agencies we don’t take on just any client that approaches us, instead we are selective in the business we take on giving us the ability to give excellent service to all our clients rather than spread ourselves thin with too many properties. Our policy is to give excellent service to all rather than most of the people, most of the time.
The vast majority of our clients have already had poor dealings with other companies and greatly appreciate how good it is to have someone who is always available and acts on their best interests, something that unfortunately cant be said of most. As far as we are concerned, your ownership of the property makes you the only one that look out for.
